All day at the Oregon coast. It couldn't have been more beautiful, mild and lovely.

Created with fd's Flickr Toys.

We played soccer and fetch with the pups then pulled out our bikes and ran them until they seemed to be almost something resembling tired.

The soccer ball is now Thea's passion. It irks her to no end that she can't get her mouth around it and still she can't stop chasing it. Panda can't be bothered, it's the squirrel all the way.

Jasper (aka the Jaws of Doom) has killed more than 1 soccer ball.

Actually, I'm hard put to think of a toy he HASN'T killed, except the hard plastic balls (about soccer ball or basketball size) in the back yard.

Ooooooooo - special treat - puppy videos! As someone with small hands who was forced to play volleyball in gym, I can identify with Thea's frustration with the soccer ball. We had a gorgeous day in the Chicago area today also - cool (low 60's) for the season but gorgeous. My older daughter & I celebrated Mother's Day (I hate going out on the actual day - hordes of largely ill mannered diners) & her BD (which is next Sunday when she will be in Palo Alto)) today. She gave me Wendy's new sock book & Sally Melville's mother & daughter book (both of which I have been lusting after) & I gave her video games. Great time - even minus furry friends!

What a fun video!! Thank you so much for sharing.

What a great video! Thea is a good soccer player ;-)

The video was so much fun! My husband will puncture the soccer ball for one of our dogs to play with because he will lose interest in it if he can't put it in his mouth.

An incredible talent ! Sign her up !

She seems to be enjoying just pushing it around. But if she does ever figure out how to get her fang in the ball (and deflate it) we got this great ball from Petsmart a few years ago. It is hard plastic (no fang penetration possible) and you can put a little water in it so it wobbles. It made our German Shepard nuts. She loved it.

That looked like so much fun! I don't suppose we can sign Thea up for the England squad, can we? She's a very dynamic striker!
