This shawl is worked from the bottom, up to the center-neck, using the pi-shawl method. All charts show RS rows only, work WS rows in established pattern, knitting the knit stitches and purling the purl stitches and yarn overs as they appear.

Supplies

  • 2 hanks Lisa Souza Silk/Baby Camel (435 yd / 398 m per 3 ½ oz / 100 g skein; 65% Mulberry Silk, 35% Baby Camel) in Cornflower
  • Size US 6 / 4 mm circular needle, 60" / 150 cm long or longer
  • Stitch markers (optional), cable needle, cotton thread for lifeline (optional), tapestry needle, blocking supplies

Gauge

  • 20 sts and 30 rows = 4" / 10 cm in Stockinette stitch, before blocking

    Correct gauge is not critical for this project, but your final measurements and yardage requirements may vary if your gauge is different.
