I wanted Tangerine Trees to have simple, graceful lines, that fit the body perfectly. Dart shaping at the waist ensures a smooth fit and the lines are extended up into the neck to give almost a princess seam effect.

This garment is worked from the bottom-up, seamlessly, in the round. The underarms are grafted closed, though you could use a three needle bind off if you prefer.

Sample size: 34" / 86.5 cm shown on a 36" bust.

Suggested ease: +/- 2" / 2.5 cm.

Gauge

20 sts x 27 rows over 4" / 10cm in Stockinette Stitch

This yarn is labeled a sport weight but is closer to a DK weight. The project gauge is a little looser to give the fabric more drape.
